Grtting rid of flagging would be terrible
the stallers would suck a lot
And getting rid of premoves essentially gets rid of bullet
Should premoves and flagging be banned?

Pre-move should not be banned and same with flagging. Games like bullet and the blitz time control that I play will most likely use pre-moves.
