Cheating is rampant and nothing is done about it especially if you pay for the privilage of cheating

funny, i haven't seen anybody cheat in all my games yet

go to the Help & Support.

So go join the cheating forum if you want to take a pro active stance.  There are members there who can run software analysis on suspects and resolve your doubts.

Or you can upload the PGN.file to the analysis tool on Lichess.org, which utilizes the currently strongest engine of the planet, see if your opponent's play was computer-like flawless or not.

Is the issue about cheating or the support response quality?

Really? Once I was banned due to a misunderstanding... I got a responce within a hour or 2 and was unbanned (probably because I went on a side and sent a copy and paste message to as many admins as possible)

Once a guy did this trick where he attacked my rook with a horse.

I'm a very advanced player, so unlike most people I realize the rook is worth more.

But he cheated and I was FORCED to move my king. Then he took my rook (so probably had a computer helping him find moves too plus the cheating that made me move my king).
