sixteen player for every team

the game  has the same rule except that  each player is assigned a designation,like pawn one to eight rooki and rook2 , knighti and knight2bisnop one  and bishop2 queen one and queen 2 and kingi  and also on the other . when its time to move only and only the chesspiece that is involved has the rightto decide its move.the king will be the adviser for the opening move and when to resign.the queen will be entitled to order any piece for 10 moves only. with the queens capture the ten command moves  is forfeited and the pieces that is involve is left to its own, perhaps this game can still be improve by your  suggestions  and comments. i am just creating  a topic that involves many players.
