Slightly unfair how "Off Topic" is on the bottom.

50% of forums I want to make (usually joke/troll forums) are "Off Topic." Now, when people scroll through the forums (Or at least when I do it,) I only get to the bottom 5% of the time. I think Off Topic should be closer to the top, or the forum system should be changed so there isn't a top or bottom, if there is a way to do that.

Rename it to "On Topic" and stick it at  the top.

What's the topic anyway?

This is the topic. It's more than one, for the off-topic posts I've made.

What if we got rid of orientations... what if there was no top or bottom?

Anyway, I think it's a compromise... because I'd rather have chess.com delete all the childish garbage (which most of off topic is).

But instead of deleting it, they semi-hide it far away... which is ok I guess.

Space itself has no top or bottom... and neither does anything else.

But all things, space included, has a "top" and "bottom" when viewed by a human observer.

Think of it like life... life has no top, it has no bottom. Why is everyone so obsessed with organization and order? Why have chronological order? What if someone wants to believe that Off-Topic should be equal, among all of the others. No hierarchy, why can't the topics be equal?

Why do you read sentences left to right?

For that matter, why do you read words left to right?

Why are you biased to group pixels of close proximity together as single letters? Why not view each bit of information simultaneously and unbiased as a whole?

The topics are equal. Equally sophomoric.  

When you view everything, you view nothing. To think of something means to push the infinity of everything else out of your mind.

off topic should go up, since the days of forum revival activity in off topic decrease, less troll less fun less discuss less fun arguements

Here's a compromise:

Just rename "Off Topic" to "The Pit".

Then it clearly belongs at the bottom (where else would you expect to find the pit?). It might also please Llama, and it might make the Mods' decisions easier... "This thread is the pits... *dumps it in the pit*".
