Set a custom game of base time 45min and increment per move to 45s i.e. 45/45 ,. This is the best setting that maximises your chances of getting an opponent as soon as possible Because the website has this time slot tab.

45/45 commits you to a three hour game.

But it looks like you have a lot of short games ( less than 10 or 20 moves.)

Whatever may be the length of game, I try to take my time to make the best move(even if i find a good move i look for a better one) that i can think , I make mistakes but i learn from them, that's why i like slow chess. If a game conclude quickly then be it.
