So many cheaters on this site

100,000 a month being banned, but many more slip through the net, played one guy 2 days ago who played 22 moves in less than 3 seconds, many under 1.4 seconds in a 3 minute blitz game, new account, but of couse deemed legit by chess.com [removed, public accusations not allowed, or cheating discussions -- MS]
currently he's won 78 games, lost just 4.
I'm sick of it.
