So many people start cheating after losing beginning/mid game

Not sure what to do about it, game after game, oponent blunders away pieces at beginning, plays low elo, then all of a sudden, high accuracy increase in moves, goes from -3 to +5 advantage in couple of moves, like i'm playing Bobby all of a sudden.

Platform should really look deeper into players that constantly flip games.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.
