So much cheating

Actually, there are few people who cheat at the 500 rating level.
I recommend that you study tactics. For example, in this game you just lost.
After your opponent moved his queen to d5, it wasn't a computer that made you overlook the immediate mate threat on g2. You need to be able to recognize things like that at a glance.
You could have easily stopped the mate threat and won your opponent's queen. Your move c4 attacked the queen but did not stop the mate.
You will make hundreds of points in improvement if you can just start to ask yourself what your opponent can do and what the point was of his last move.
/ They will lock this post. Discussions of cheating aren't allowed in the open forum. Try the cheating forum.

You are wrong. Your opponent just took advantage of the pieces you gifted on moves 6, 12 and 18 and the checkmate you gifted to him at the end.
Stop gifting so much!

Just a quick analysis by an actual computer shows that you blundered 4 times and your opponent blundered 3 times.
The one who makes the next to last blunder usually wins.

but you know there is real cheaters and chess.com does nothing. I have reported someone twice and he is still playing with 100% excellent moves... inb4thelock.

Remember children of chess. every time you lose it is the Universe cheating. There is a huge StockFish acting against your desires, and auto-evaluation. Chess.com should ban the universe right now, once and for all..

No cheating needed here:

You fell for the 4 move mate.

Here you hung your queen to simple, and obvious fork. Work on tactics.

Again you missed simple tactics, hung material, and traded off every chance you had.

Here you again missed simple tactics, missed a couple of pins, hung material, and got greedy grabbing material, and got mated.
Follow Opening Principles.
Work on tactics...tactics...tactics...
Play longer time controls.

Did you look at any of your games i posted? NO ONE is cheating.
Take your last game you lost: https://www.chess.com/live/game/3201454241?username=justjoe9074
You didnt follow opening principles, and brought your queen out early. You lost your queen on move 7.
But probably your biggest mistake is playing G10's Youre not giving yourself any time to think.
Play slower games, and follow this:
Opening Principles:
- Control the center squares – d4-e4-d5-e5
- Develop your minor pieces toward the center – piece activity is the key
- Castle
- Connect your rooks
Tactics...tactics...tactics...
The objective of development is about improving the value of your pieces by increasing the importance of their roles. Well-developed pieces have more fire-power than undeveloped pieces and they do more in helping you gain control.
Now we will look at 5 practical things you can do to help you achieve your development objective.
They are:
- Give priority to your least active pieces.
- Which piece needs to be developed (which piece is the least active)
- Where should it go (where can its role be maximized)
- Exchange your least active pieces for your opponent’s active pieces.
- Restrict the development of your opponent’s pieces.
- Neutralize your opponent’s best piece.
- Secure strong squares for your pieces.
Don’t help your opponent develop.
There are 2 common mistakes whereby you will simply be helping your opponent to develop:
- Making a weak threat that can easily be blocked
- Making an exchange that helps your opponent to develop a piece
Pre Move Checklist:
- Make sure all your pieces are safe.
- Look for forcing moves: Checks, captures, threats. You want to look at ALL forcing moves (even the bad ones) as this will force you look at, and see the entire board.
- If there are no forcing moves, you then want to remove any of your opponent’s pieces from your side of the board.
- If your opponent doesn’t have any of his pieces on your side of the board, then you want to improve the position of your least active piece.
- After each move by your opponent, ask yourself: "What is my opponent trying to do?"

I know we aren't supposed to discuss cheating here. But this might be the only time you get this information, so it's probably worth it. You said you made blunders on purpose. Chess.com considers intentionally playing bad or trying to lose a form of cheating. You should not do that. Looking at these games, and by your own admission, I think there is only one example of less than honest play here.

As others have noted, it is unlikely your opponents were cheating. However, if you really believe this, then play against the computer on this site. Set it to a low level, like 1 or 2, turn on coaching and move evaluation. You can see how both your and the computer's moves are rated. You can also ask for hints regarding your next move and if you blunder, you can also take back moves. This might help you see how your moves affect your games. If you have not done so already, get a book on openings and one on tactics. There are several good books aimed at beginner to intermediate players. Don't give up, try to stay positive and Good Luck.

I wish there was a way to vote people off the island when they are rated 500 and complain about cheaters and then ignore people who point out their blunders.

Understandable. But we were all 500 rated players once. When I started playing I had no idea either. Just like anything else, the less you know, the more qualified you think you are. It's always the beginners who think becoming a grandmaster is easy. So I dont blame him for suspecting cheating. At that level how could he know any better? But as he improves, he will say "ah, now I get it. Now I see it"

Do you think that they should be punished?

still though, i had a guy playing around 2400 level once against me, beat me easily from a piece down. when i pointed out to cheat detection that he moved his Queen to an en prise square on move 6 in a 3-day game, they felt there was nothing unusual about it at all
his playing level over multiple games ranged from 700 to 2500.
nothing suspicious about him at all apparently.
