If you click the "Moves" tab when viewing a game, there is a link labelled "get PGN" - just click that and it will download for you.  Then you can load it into the software of your choice.

Salik

thanks ill try it

Convert from what?  Most chess playing programs have it as a feature and there are many PGN utilities but to get to there we need to know from where you are starting.

Oh, I need that too. I've been looking for something that would help me convert to this file for a long time. I think the developers should help with this. Because I don't understand it at all.

Any game you play here will have a link to get a copy of the pgn. The link from the page where you are playing the game here on the chess.com website is the three dots in a triangle which evidently means "share".

A pgn is just the recorded moves of the game preceded by a bunch of header lines to tell who played the game and where and when the game was played.

If you have the moves from a game you played over the board, you can open up the analysis page (https://www.chess.com/analysis) and enter the moves by playing them on the board that is shown. Then you can click the three dots share link to get the pgn.
