I don't think this exists, but you could setup a custom position where they have already castled queenside and then you can play the bot from this position.
Software or Bot ? as to allow me to practice and play where they castle queen side every time

I cant find a configuration where I can set it to counter me by playing queen side every time I play a specific opening and specific color
