solving daily puzzles with chess board

i know this is not a black or white question
i find it pleasurable to solve daily puzzles using my physical chess board, but i am little bit concerned it can slow my visualization skills progress. what do you think ?
in the end of the day perhaps pleasure and fun wins for me, but i would like to know what you think
