What was worse - the swear word or shutting the chat up and not letting you answear?

There are all types in this wonderful world of ours... These things happen man, and it sucks but what can you do... You could take a screenshot of the offending comment and send it in a support letter to the chess.com support people if you think it needs to be addressed.
