This is not a problem or an issue. When you haven't played for a long time, you get more points for a win and lose more points for a loss.
I would like to report a very confusing issue with my chess.com account. On March 27, 2026, I logged into my account to play chess, but chess.com gave me very unfair win/loss conditions, such as deducting 35 Elo points for a loss and other penalties that I haven't mentioned. I hope chess.com will review my report and compensate me with a certain amount of Elo points to make up for the inaccuracies on their part.
