Somehow stuck at 100 elo and is really tilited somehow, any advice?
It is unlikely in terms of sandbagging.
To get better, the common advice is focus on opening principles, check for both you and your opponents checks and captures every move, practice tactics, play slower games, and go over your games to recognize where you made mistakes with the engine.
To prevent tilting, I recommend playing only a set number of games a day regardless of outcome (say 5-10). In the time that you would have spent playing, use it to practice or look at the lessons on this site or youtube. Good luck with your chess!
Sorry if i'm sounding dumb today but...
I just started out on this site today (am a relative beginner) and i'm being owned by 200/300 elo players constantly. Is it true that there are a lot of sandbaggers/cheaters on that elo or do i just need to git gud? And if the latter is true, how? Also, how do I stop myself from tilting after every lose? I'm on a losestreak rn and my emotions are really messing up with my play.
