Not really. Simply educate the child that there is a notion called "Freedom of Speech", and arbitraily naming a word as "vulgar" all on it's own is nonsense. If I heard a 4 year old using a so called "curse word" I would praise him for correctly interposing that word into his sentence, provided, of course, that the "curse word" was fitting for the idea or emotion he was expressing.
