if you look in the tabs at the top right of the page, you can see some other games. Exit the ones that aren't yours, and the problem should be fixed,

As grolk mentioned, are you observing any other games? Also, what operating system and browser are you using?
Occasionally whilst playing I get the sound effects from another game which is highly off putting. I can mute my game, however I don't like playing in silence as I can miss my opponents move and run down my own clock.
Is this a known issue and is there a work around, or can I turn off the sound from the ghost game?
