Recently they changed the sound FX , then reverted.

If I were the sound designer I would use these sounds http://www.freesound.org/people/fonogeno/sounds/17772/

(for all moves, including castle, check, takes)

this one for game over and start of game. these are creative commons sounds check the license on these but they should be ok to use for free.
