Sound Issue - In Live Chess

I don't know if this has happened to others, but sometimes when I click to play live, (10 min blitz format), the sounds from the featured game on the screen carry over into my game so I get the sounds from both my game and the initial top game. It game be very distracting (as those top players make 11 moves in less than 10 seconds, lol) and I won't say it is the cause of some losses, but I think this should not happen. Are there any solutions to prevent this? Thanks!

I still get this, along with an even more annoying sound issue where about one in four games I can't hear any sound when my oponent moves.  This is indeed a glitch with the site software as my computer has no issues.  The worst part is, this problem has persisted for numerous months where chess.com is either oblivious to this problem or too incompetent to fix it.  That's why I won't pay for this site.  I'm not saying I would anyway, but I certainly wouldn't with such a basic problem.  It's so annoying that I attribute it to many of my loses, as occasionally when it happens I don't realize it's my turn as I didn't hear my oponent move, and therefore I causes me to take some of my concentration off the game and focus on that.

This issue gets brought up all the time on the site feedback forums. Chess.com simply doesn't care. They make a lot of grand promises about features they're going to add and things that they're going to fix, but I've yet to see them actually implement anything.
