I spend about 4 hours per day to play bullet and blitz chess,do you think it is a waste of time？

One interesting thought, outside waste or not. I was playing only bullet for a couple of years. Eating was icing between 1200-1400, sometimes closer to 1500 and then down again. A couple of months ago I stopped with bullet and started playing only a 3-minute blitz. Suddenly there is a lot of time to think. Rating jumped up over 1700. Did you try something like that?

Aiyana - you are correct. Play slower games and then your blitz game will improve.
.. As you described it.. Your routine, would be, considerably Less of a waste.. If, you could find a way, to 'monetize'/ make $$, from, your presumed talent !? .. Not, all that different, than your average 'chess hustler' taking on 'all comers', in 'New York City' - Among, other Big, 'metro' cities.
I confess ignorance though.. If, that 'path' is even a viable option, in your country !?
.. A 'niche'/ minor category, long-time-famous, 'chess hustler', in "New Orleans" {usa}.
Try other activities in life. Eating doughnuts or watching 80's sleep away slasher films with a gibbon as a companion.
