speeding up my bullet games

On 1 minute bullet games I'm running 24 seconds behind the other player which obviously tells you I'm way behind. Other than dragging and premoving what are some ideas to speed up bullet play?

Don't spend too much time calculating. Either play safe moves (e.g., he's attacking a pawn, so just defend it) or just trust your intuition.  There's not much time to think in 1m games.

thanks: thought maybe they had robotic mice or keyed in moves. Boy they move fast.

If you enjoy hustling on the clock, Learn to instantly ONLY look at forcing moves that burn his clock if you are dominating and ONLY "non-losing" moves if you are being pushed around or are falling behind on the clock.

Of course, here's a crazy idea. Play serious chess at slow time controls so well that your brain learns to see things faster and more accurately.  No way in the world that would work ...
