I wouldn't worry about shortening your thinking time. Your thought processes are calculations are valuable. Just keep doing what you're doing, the speed will pick up with experience.

We need more information. Where are you playing? Are you talking about tournaments? What time control are you playing? Do you typically make it to the endgame and then lose?
You don't even have a rating here so we can't look at your games to see where you get into trouble.
