I want to build a spreadsheet of my games. But I am unsure on how to set it up any ideas? I am decent in Excel by the way and have experience in setting up spreadsheets so I am not a complete beginner in that respect.

You aren't aware of the usual chess database programs?

Chessbase Light, Scid...(free).

what version of office are you using 2003, 2007, 2010,

I think that you could take the PGN and put each move in each cell such as your move and then your opponents move
