In India, we have the striped version. Interestingly, we (my neighborhood) never ever had these anytime before but for the past 4-5 years they are seen in good numbers around my house.

When I was a kid they were just called 'your togs'.

I always used to play that song if someone delivered an extremely technical explanation
I still have the 45 record. I bought it with allowance money as a teenager. That would work as a fun comeback to technical jargon.
