I assume you have seen this before:

You are allowed to abort games but if you abort too many, you lose the ability to do so and have to resign instead. Aborting on rare occassions won't trigger fair-play so you shouldn't have any problems with that.
If you find the above information unsatisfactory, and still want a refund, please see the TOS/policy on that:

Also, to close your account, if you decide to go that route:

I DON'T WANT TO PLAY AGAINST THIS PERSON, NOTHING PERSONAL. I ABORTED THE GAME.
I PAY A FORTUNE FOR A DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP, IT IS MY RIGHT TO REJECT AN OPPONENT OCCASIONALLY. I ONLY DO IT ON RARE OCCASIONS.
ELSE REFUND MY MONEY AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. IN OTHER CLUBS YOU CAN REJECT AN OPPONENT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT, AND THEY ARE FREE.
ALSO IT IS SUSPICIOUS THAT SOME 800 RATED PLAYERS PLAY WITHOUT HARDLY EVER MAKING A MISTAKE, VERY WELL STRUCTURED GAMES, MORE LIKE AT LEAST 1200 RATED PLAYERS.
BUT CHESS.COM DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!
