I took a look at the game. You do have a move which is available to you, but it is entirely possible you are not aware that it is a possibility. I would recommend reading up on the rules of chess, taking particular note of the "special rules" section, as it will detail a special kind of move which many people don't happen to know about.

Hello chess people. I have a situation that I need help with in one of my games.My opponent is SAIFAITH.Our game has reached a stalemate position.I have brought it to his notice twice and I am not getting a reply back.I am unable to move my king out of check by his pawn (he is playing as white).His rook is stopping me from moving my king.I can only see stalemate in this game.
