What is a stalemate?
Put simply, it is when a person has no legal move on their turn. An example:
stalemate is when the oppossing player cant move. Satlemates are draws.
counts as a draw

A stalemate is when your king is not in check, but any space he moves too would put him in check, and you have no other pieces on the board that you can move.

Thanks!
