If you won, what's the problem? Don't you get the same amount of points whether winning by checkmate or by time? (someone correct me here if I am wrong on that assumption)

Thanks for input.

Yeah no problem... but am I wrong in the assumption that you get the same points whether you win by time or by checkmate?

No, you aren't wrong. I agreed with you.

You only play bullet because you're not strong enough to play OTB.  You get pre-move wins and act like you are the next Magnus.  And any strong player will tell you that blitz is bad for your game and that bullet is worse.  As I said, get a life, the both of you.

are you that dumb? Many top gm's play blitz including Magnus Carlson who always competes in world blitz events.

and I am rated 1790 in OTB, so your opinion is invalid.

Agreed +1

Checkmate is MASTERING the game not just waiting for the clock to end.

When you win on time it does not make you feel victorious.

It doesn't hurt a GM's game BECAUSE THEY ARE GMs already, not wanna-bes.  YOU are a 1790 in OTB--I rest my case.

BTW I'm rated 1970 USCF OTB, 2057 in rapid--so your opinion ain't worth squat, right?

Our government works the same way in Washington DC. When a bill is proposed on the floor of the house and senate, all members have a certain amount of time to debate and vote on it. If this is not accomplished in time, the bill gets trashed and they move on to the next debacle.

My opponent who has a FIDE titled (FM) repeated unsportsmanlike manner by intentionally stalling the game and time runs out itself to avoid checkmate.

Note:
He already knows the position and when it was his time still left more than 15 seconds.

yeah it's a checkmate in 1 move regardless of black's move. and he is an FM? He looks like a weak 1600 rated player such a shame nonetheless.

if it were in tournament, you could call the arpiter? qq.

Yes, that's mate in 1. If opponent is stalling game, the arbiter will admonish him at once gave me victory (Won by Resignation", gg..

Stalling Game to avoid resign or checkmate is Unsportmanlike !

It was unsolvable: Mate in 1 but my opponent stalling game intentionally to avoid resign.

20 seconds isn't long to wait, I was slightly irritated yesterday when someone made me wait 5 minutes from a losing position.
Not the end of the world but I wanted to do something else and thought he might come back and make a sneaky move I wouldnt see and run my clock down (Someone has tried that on me before)
20 seconds might seem like a delay if you are moving super fast in bullet but in reality it's not that much time.
