All I have been playing for the last year is bug House on chess.com. Chess.com sent me an email today saying that I was reported for stalling. Sooooo so does chess.com not realize that they have a stall icon with a red hand on bug house. Wtf is up with them? Do people just report stuff like that and then chess.com does not investigate it?

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to talk about a variant, called 'Bughouse,' or 'Double Chess.' If you're going to play bughouse, then go to variants, and click 'Bughouse.'
I will shortly tell you the rules of Bughouse. You have an opponent, and your partner has an opponent too. If you captured a piece, then your partner will get it. The game will end when someone checkmated his/her opponent.
Long ago, I remembered that I am playing Bughouse, and I was losing (I'm glad I remember this). So, I decided to stall for a while. Then, my partner sent me a message similar to: 'Why do you stall? Report!'
I tried to tell my opponent that stalling is legal in Bughouse, and it's also a kind of technique. For example, you almost mated your opponent, but you need a bishop. You ask your opponent for a bishop. Then, you stall until your opponent captured a bishop.
There are way too many examples of stalling in Bughouse. Even now, I do not know if my opponent has reported me or not. But it made me feel sad. If everyone knew that stalling in Bughouse is legal, then the chess.com community will be better.
