I have a question.

Do Standard Chess rating and Chess960 rating separate?

Or do they count as one?

If you go to your stats page, you’ll see a separate rating and stats for daily chess960.

Only the website shows your live chess960 rating (the apps don’t).

does it apply to Blitz and Rapid too?

For live chess960, there are no subdivisions for bullet, blitz, and rapid. There’s only one live chess960 rating.
