Bishop* Which is more useful in opening, middlegame, and/or endgame.

Bishop is more useful in position with open center, when bishop can target goals at both flanks. Knight is more useful in positions with blocked center, when scope of bishops is blocked with pawns.

Idk what your talking about the question made sense and the debate has been raging for years but in my opinion knights are better in closed position but in open positions bishops are better but overall I still think bishops are better
