They don't ignore either. They certainly can't respond to everything. The certainly won't do everything suggested. Some things that get suggested that staff like may take a while to get implemented and may not be exactly what was wanted/expected.
Staff handle close to 1,000 support tickets a day. There are easily hundreds of suggestion and/or bug related tickets each day (many not actual bugs or repeated reports) that get triaged. Staff are active in a number of site clubs, reading topics and sometimes replying.

1000 each hopefully, but staff takes ages to respond anyway

Its the points you earn in tournaments. 0 win streak is 2. 1 win streak is 3 etc etc
