No one can steal your time.

You have no connection with your opponent. You are both talking to chess.com.

You have a bad connection to chess.com. When you lose your connection, you lose.

he doesn't steal my time but he fixed his time by doing auto-resign for himself many times at every move

He who?

It used to happen all time. Some people would disconnect dozens of times per game. I haven't seen that in a long time.

At any rate, disconnecting doesn't fix anything.

However, if your connection is lagging, your opponent's time can be adjusted by chess.com.

I think it must be a language thing. If they resigned, the game would be over.

You must mean that they lost their connection and that there was some adjustment to their time when they reconnected that you noticed. The link I sent previously explains lag adjustments.

I think he means pre-move. There is not such thing as an auto-resign.

Someone pre-moved and he was caught off-guard.
