still cannot withdraw from tournament

i've posted earlier but haven't heard back
For the past several days chess.com live chess says im currently in a 2| 1 tournament, but i'm not. It will not allow me to withdraw, so I can't join a new tournament. If I press withdraw, nothing happens.
