still timing out

I'm supposed to get time back when I make a move. if I make a move I must have at least a second on the clock. if I premove my next move it must go off and give me another second. instead it tells me I timed out the instant it's my turn. that's literally impossible if I got time back for my last move. if I didn't then the game is broken. if I did then I shouldn't time out and the game is broken. yesterday I timed out on their turn, my move was even in the game review. I lost on time out while it was their turn. this time I time out on a premove when I'm supposed to get time back. chess need to fix their broken game. it's infuriating.

Premoves are stored on the client and always take at least 0.1 second. So, if you time out on the server before your premove makes it to the server, with lag compensation, then you can still lose on time.

except I can't because even it takes .1 second to make the move, i am supposed to get a second back everytime I make a move, so either premoves are taking longer than a second to go off, the game isn't giving me time back, or it's counting my clock down on the other persons turn (which it is because I keep timing out on their turn). either way the game is broken.

I’ve had a similar experience today but I’m not sure because I’ve been way from home and have been playing on cellular and my bullet games were a bit weird but I think my bad ping worked against my opponents but I’m not sure

If you dislike timing out, then play with increment.

I DO. That's why i'm so mad about this, I SHOULD GET TIME BACK WITH EVERY MOVE. But I am NOT getting time back with any moves. or my clock is running on the other persons turn. It just happened again where I'm supposed to get time back on all my moves, I make 5 or 6 quick premoves, I should have 5 or 6 seconds back on the clock, but the nanosecond it switches back to my turn it tells me I lost by timeout. WHY DIDNT I HAVE TIME BACK FROM MY LAST MOVE??? the game is broken and I'm sick of how mad I get because it doesn't give me my time back properly. It's either giving my time back and counting it down on the other persons turn or not giving me my time back, and since I keep timing out ON THEIR TURN I'd say its the former.
Literally I have a game where I made a move, it was then their turn, I timed out and lost due to time out, and my move I made is even in the game review. Meaning I timed out ON THEIR TURN.

You get the time back immediately after making your move. However, of you're experiencing high lag, you are going to see less time than expected if that lag exceeds the allowed amount.

I looked at your last 2|1 game and time was being added.

I'm not lagging though, I know time is being added but it's counting down on the other persons turn. It happened again yesterday where I made a move then lost to time out on the other persons turn. My move is in the game review and it's the other persons move, but I lost to time out. that's twice that's happened in the last week. I am losing to time out, on THEIR turn. my clock is running down on the other persons turn.
