You need a chess program to run the engine in. Arena, Lucas Chess, etc. Then load the engine in that program and you're set.

So I downloaded these 2, hoping that I would get a program that would allow me to play these computers. However, I keep opening the .exe file for each one, but all I get is a command prompt window.
So I have a few questions about this...
1. How do I get it to run?
2. Is a Chess Engine completly different from what I expected?
