Stuck at 1400 elo chess

Currently, my elo is slightly above 1450, but I have no idea how to reach 1600 and I'm still stucking. How can I reach it? Thank you.

Just take your time; you’re not playing 30 sec chess. Also, play 15 min or 15/10 because you get more time to think and plan out your moves. Have a set of openings you like to play and study them on Chessable. Before you play a move just stop for a sec and see if you’re blundering anything.

But, you don’t have to listen to me cause I’m just a 1300 in rapid but that’s my advice… 😅
