I'm bored in this rating. I've reached 1650s and now I'm back again. My goal at least is to be stable at 1700s. I've defeated players in those bracket(1700s). I know there's a significant difference between players who are rated in those area and my rating. Where should I focus? Should I improve my openings? Help.
