Cheater will lose the game soon because of time out.

@kco, you didn't answer my question. My underlying question was if a cheater was detected, but the non-cheater resigned. So, using the example here, let's say dreamerdreamer decided to resign. (This is an example! If I have offended you, dreamerdreamer, please PM me and I will apologise and rectify it.) Who would win here?

when you are banned you can't access your account. so they lose on time only. If non cheater resigns, cheater wins. but still won't be able to use account anyway.

I unstandstand what you are saying but unfortunely nothing can be done about that.

Oh, I see. Thank you!

How do you know he was cheating ,or has chess.com exposed him?

Avatar of Kevinum

Next to s-h-a-d's name, there is a person with a 'banned' sign on it. That shows the person was cheating and has subsequently been banned.

Oh, and I found this interesting. A person timed out and won a game against a cheater. JarodHeap timed out and won...

Also, the link in both posts 1 and 3 are now obsolete.

Why is cheater playing if banned or is he found out in the match? If so why is he allowed to keep playing u
