sudden change in bullet rankings

I'm regularly hovering around 2200 bullet which is usually about 10000th place but my friend who is also around 2200 bullet told me that his ranked jumped to 5000th and mine did too up to 4800th. almost double before, any reason for this? I've barely played bullet recently

Also I used to be 99.6 percentile but now it's 99.9, perhaps sudden ban of high level cheaters? Or discluding new accounts? Just curious

One week ago you would be ion top 200. I was top 1000 with 2000bulley record . Many players don't appears in the ranking even GM like Carlsen and Hilary disappeared!!
Now everyday slowly is growing the ranking lolol
Tf? I'm 2500 I peaked at like 2800 world wide.
