Suggestion №1: claim an automatic draw in a lone rook vs lone rook endgame

It happens that in rook games all the pawns are captured, and both sides are left with only one rook and a king.
I propose that instead of the usual 50 moves, a draw be awarded only after 5 (or even 2-3) moves without a capture, since this endgame occurs quite often and because of it the rounds of various Swiss tournaments are delayed.
I hope the community will support my decision!
