In my opinion, Caro Kann is descent. I think this is soild for begineer like me. The only problem with caro kann is the advance variation can be a bit hard to play so i just invented a variation. This is the advance, en passent variation.

if done right you can do this (im using white in the game)
As you see the my opponent black had there queen side destroyed and got checkmated on white queen to xf7#

Isn't the point of banning something to stop people from using things that are too OP?
If you think it's so bad just... don't play it? Why would it need to be banned? Either that, or you just aren't very good at playing against it (you noted that people shouldn't play it against you because you are a 1000 earlier up in the thread) and you want things to be banned so that they can be "fair" instead of actually improving. They're going to have to do something about it, whether nerf it or ban it ban it altogether. It's free results, going against the whole philosophy of chess as a competitive endeavour.
There's a serious case to be made that people who play the Caro should be put in prison! I mean think about it, you sit down to play a nice game of chess and suddenly you're confronted with this. Indiscriminately playing it against women and children also, imagine if someone was already in a bad mental state, he looks up at the board, and he sees the Caro, could be enough to push anyone over the edge.
