Suspicious disparity in rating

How can someone be rated over 400+ points in rapid versus their daily rating? Wouldn’t that raise a red flag? Should Moderators weed these accounts out?

If they play Daily at the same tempo as Rapid (a few seconds thought per move) then they will naturally tank their Daily rating, since most other Daily players will be spending minutes or even hours, not seconds, on each move.
