Tactics initial rating

I started doing tactics today my account is quite new and I only just signed up to premium and when I did my first tactic my rating was 400 when I looked at some other players profiles that have never done tactics before their initial rating was 1200. What's going on? Have they recently changed the initial tactic rating or is it just a premium thing as they have unlimited tactics so they should have to work that little bit harder to catch up with non premium members or what?
