Tactics or Blitz?

I'm fairly new.  To get better, is it better to play a ton of tactics solutions or blitz games or live 30 min games?  or what combination of these?  Thanks

I think I've figured out my own answer.  Those blitz are more just for fun, for a quick game.  They're not so serious for learning.

Long games are best. Tactics help after a while. Blitz only improves your ability to play blitz.

I would say to spend 40% of the time Standard games, 30% of the time Blitz, and 30# tactics. Although I am afraid that I do a few to many blitz.Cool
