Tactics software

Is anybody aware of any free software with the following simple functions?

1. The ability for the user to input tactics problems.

2. The ability to randomly select problems and present them to the user (moving on to another when the user gets it right).

3. The ability to randomly switch the colours (i.e. if a problem is initially entered as 'White to mate in 2' it could switch the colours and present it as 'Black to mate in 2').

I also play the great strategy game 'go', and there is a useful piece of software called GoGrinder which does this, but I haven't come across a chess equivalent.  However, it seems a pretty simple and obvious thing to do, so I'd imagine there is some.  The third function isn't essential, but would be nice.  (I know about chesstempo, ICC's TrainingBot, CT-ART etc., but I'm looking specifically for free software as described above.)

I'm aware of that site.  I really want something I can use offline, but thanks anyway.
