tactics sotware

Can anyone suggest good tactics software FOR THE MAC? (Software, not sites.) Ideally, software that trains for individual motifs, then combines them, that goes from easy to hard at the right pace, with some commentary about lessons to be learned, patterns to notice, etc. Also, in the would-be-nice-but-isn't-necessary category, a descriptive notation option. (I'm returning to chess after 3 decades and learned with descriptive.)

Thanks.

1. Hiarcs makes Sigma Chess which is chess-playing software (and which I have). If Hiarcs makes tactical training software as well, please tell me what the name of the program is.

2. Erik, I spend about an hour a day on Chess mentor. It's not, however, what I described in my original post. Do you know of any software that does what I described? Does anyone?
