The rating change is a factor of:
Your rating/problems rating times your score.
Where your score is: % of moves correct times (your time taken vs the average time, where 2x the average or slower will get you 20%, the average time 50%).
So if you take longer proportionally then a higher problem rating wont make up for it. i.e. solve speed is the major factor.
