At the end of the game a little note should pop up saying " Was your opponent a good sport? 👍 👎" If you pick the thumbs down a little popup comes up that lets you report them for stalling.

How do you stop this? I have had a couple of people do this to me when they couldn't win, had to wait over 15 minutes for some childish individual. Can this behaviour be prevented as it is ruining the playing experience on chess.com.
