I think that’s a good idea, longer games require concentration and you should always be rested

Too tame. Why not show up drunk and throw up on the board, or eat beans and spend the entire tournament farting loudly?

I would consider that it’s rude behaviour. I came to play the game and I expect to see dedication from my opponent.
Of course, person might be too tired after night work shift/etc. But I cannot even know it since opponent is sleeping.

It isn't your business.

Let me decide what is my business.

1. If opponent stares at me OTB after each move - it’s rude and it’s my business. Is it prohibited? No.

2. if opponent starts to kick my feet under the table - it’s rude and it’s my business. Is it prohibited? No.

3. If opponent makes the move, stands up and then goes to stay near me (nearly touches me) - it’s rude and it’s my business. Is it prohibited? No.

There are tones and tones of situations which are not written anywhere in chess rules. However, they can be easily understood and avoided. Chess etiquette.

Yes, of course. You report abnormal behavior to arbiter and that’s it. Same for “taking the nap”.

I just wrote crazy examples which are not prohibited (same as sleeping OTB).

Sure, you could report your opponent's napping to the arbiter/TD, but I doubt the arbiter would do anything except let the player continue his nap.

But if you want to wake up your opponent, I guess nobody would care.
