Talking to walls in the name of “Support” - Beginners concerns Ignored... Again!

I contacted the Support section because chess.com is simply not designed for beginners. It turns out it was an AI assistant. After repeatedly asking to speak with a real person, they told me they would connect me with someone named Mia. I wrote a long message to her, laying out all the points that have been discussed in the beginners' forum only to later realise she was also AI.

What a shame, chess.com!! You clearly have no real interest in listening

Thanks Josh I tried several times and it’s always an AI. I’m starting to realise that chess.com really isn’t interested in listening it’s just a platform for advanced players and promoting events, coaches, and so on. I feel misled. I thought this would be a meaningful place for a beginner, but it’s been a real disappointment.

NaahI don't know who you talked to, but it's always an AI. One of them even sent me a link for a free Chessable Pro trial it didn’t work! haha and it kept replying like a bot, even after I told it clearly that it wasn’t talking like a real person.

When they give you the option to type just say the word “support” nothing else and they will ask for a complete sentence and then you type like “there are not enough beginner friendly to study in chess.com. I want more” and that works
